“My Son was showing slow development in speech at an early age, he had a history of glue ear and had grommets put in both ears, however on the various hearing tests he had there was no sign of hearing issues. He displayed frustration through frequent tantrums. At the age of 20 months we sought help from Eliza, the first thing she helped us with was getting him to engage with us using eye contact and simple signals, this lead on to being able to teach him to recognise pictures and learning aids and make associated sounds. Eliza was always able to keep his concentration in sessions with various different interactive games and as he quickly developed an understanding of communication, tantrums became much less frequent. With Eliza's help he caught up with his peers with his language by the age of 2.5 years old and has had no language issues since even though his ears continue to have issues”
